She smiled and giggled and laughed and romped and napped well and just generally had a maximally happy time. The happiness especially stood out against a backdrop of Madeline's very obviously feeling some teething pain from time to time.
In the afternoon, we took a walk down to Wayland Square, stopping by a playground so Madeline could swing.
We did a little light shopping -- books and errands -- and topped it off with coffee drinks for ourselves and a nap for Madeline.
The rest of the day mostly involved more romping, albeit in lower light less conducive to repeated happiest-day-type photos.
