A visit from Lauren and Dan

Friends Lauren and Dan came to visit from Connecticut last night after Madeline was asleep. This morning we had blueberry pancakes and then went to look for seals.

We didn't find any, but Madeline didn't mind.

Even a seal-less bay makes for a nice backdrop.

Next came lunch, followed by a low-key afternoon prominently featuring the Lettersaurus, a very well-received gift from Lauren and Dan.

There was much dancing and frivolity, then dinner, and then our friends ventured back to Connecticut.

All photos are wonderful but I do like that last one...both ladies have impish expressions on their faces, really cute.
Did you see any seals this time? Guess you would have noted it if you had.
