For the most part, baby had a fussy day. But she loved dinner! I made a risotto with Niman Ranch bacon and porcini mushrooms, using chicken stock I'd made from a roast Pat's Pastured chicken and then frozen for just such an occasion; it was finished with chopped arugula and topped with bacon and seared scallops. Baby didn't get the scallops, but she sure liked the risotto.
