Like yesterday, today we had fun with Madeline before and after daycare. In the morning, Madeline did some quality crawl-training.
She seemed like she might get tired early but instead ended up scooting backwards a bit and then rotating 180 degrees. In any event, she took the exercise quite seriously.
After she felt she'd accomplished enough, she finally took a breather, exhausted and happy.
Then came daycare. Summer and I dropped her off together today, but just Summer picked her up. She reports that daycare reported that Madeline had a good day. That seemed to carry over to home, where Madeline had great fun in her exer-saucer ...
... and big smiles for me!
But she seemed to get sleepy even earlier than usual today, falling asleep on Summer before seven and then very shortly after her more proper bedtime at 7:15. Last night she woke us up with a dirty diaper around midnight; hopefully tonight she'll sleep soundly. So far, so good!
