But Madeline told us our Sunday mornings have been paying off. She had fun today!
She showed pride in her pool readiness.
And, at the end of the lesson, she said, "Yeah, I can do this!"
Swimming made her extra-super-sleepy today. She napped for a while when we got home, and then again on the way back from dropping Julia at the airport, for so long that we had to drive around the city admiring its for-sale properties.
