A Sunday

Illness update: Madeline still has some snuffles but otherwise her sickness is gone.  In its place are lots of energy and some mild teething pain.

With two exceptions, nothing quite seemed to work right today (car wouldn't start, cancelled our date, internet not working, etc.).  So it goes.  The first exception was Madeline's return to her definitely-not-sick high-energy state.  She covered some serious ground crawling around the apartment.  The second exception was a walk we took to Wayland Square for coffee and books.

Madeline insisted on getting in on the walking action, too.

She led me to a particularly enticing leaf, picked it up, and brought it back to show Summer.

Then, her business concluded, she took a pleasure walk with Summer.
