Madeline had a happy morning.
She did some tummy time and worked on developing her muscles.
She had some giggles while watching me do silly things.
She spent a few hours this afternoon with her babysitter. They went outside for a little while and then they played inside and Madeline took a lengthy nap.
She read The Color Kittens, one of her favorite books.

She spent a few hours this afternoon with her babysitter. They went outside for a little while and then they played inside and Madeline took a lengthy nap.Unfortunately, the evening wasn't as fun. She cried quite a bit; I think she was hot. She also makes a new shriek noise now that is a little disconcerting. I was hoping that the "changing of the guard" when Max got home would help to make things better (I went out to dinner to celebrate a friend's PhD defense), but that didn't work. According to Max, she cried quite a bit before she finally fell asleep (and this was in the AC). I was feeling somewhat out of sorts myself today. Perhaps there is something in the air.
Such good pictures. Hey, she is really getting "into position" for some crawling according to that one shot! Was talking to one of our employees whose baby is almost 5 months and they are working on rolling over - not to compare or anything :) That one photo looks like she was enjoying a real "belly laugh"!
