Today was hot and cranky. Madeline didn't wake up 'til 8:30 or 8:45, so her nap schedule was screwy and she ended up showing both sleep- and hunger-cues at the same time. Not only that, but the temperature was in the 90s. This led to a naked and confused baby:

When she got suddenly upset, it was our turn to be confused. When we noticed the wet spreading beneath her, we suddenly understood.Tomorrow it's supposed to be even hotter. We can't do anything about that, but at least we'll plan on policing Madeline's sleep a bit more closely.
